I'm always amused by how if you bring this up with women they'll start screeching that they're not dressing that way for attention but that they're doing it for themselves, because it makes them feel good and happy. And then they'll complain about the unwanted attention, the creeps, wolf whistles, etc. My opinion is that's a straight up lie.
