Whether it's standard practice, intimidation move, or the attorney adding billable hours, if you have nothing to hide, there is nothing to find. I say don't stress it. Although it does suck that your boss is being dragged into it. Stay strong!

From what you're saying, you have two options: First, going back to court is always an option. (Not a fun or cheap option) But, a judge may order her not to oversee your chats with the kids. Second, accept that this is how you have to communicate with the children and enjoy every moment of it. Try to ignore your ex's voice.
