You did not exactly bring up pronouns, however you did call them a woman, which is accurate to their chromosomes, but it doesn't represent how they are treated as people by society and hence is essentially using the wrong pronouns because they are treated generally as men. Thats a straw-man argument though, the majority of trans people acknowledge that they have the chromosomes and biology of their sex, hence why they go on the hormones of the opposite sex to achieve an appearance and physique of that sex.
