I truly can't imagine doing what either of them did. I think videotaping someone in a vulnerable position is one of the scummiest, slimiest, most disgusting things one can do to anyone. And then showing your pedo friends your conquest to gain their respect. If I did that to a teenage boy, I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to kill me. I really, really, really hate pedophiles. If a pedophile loses his dick or her vagina, then the world is a better place.

Why are you guys obsessed with false accusation of rape? None of what happened should be "legal" and she should be prosecuted by the state, but stop saying this is a men's rights issue because it's not. You guys are acting like this guy took one for the team to expose an ongoing injustice. He wronged a girl and suffered the consequences. She didn't throw acid on him because of institutionalized misandry. She did it because she was mad because of something he did. She was 17 he was 25. Just keep …

She should be prosecuted. I haven't had a chance to say that in this thread, but if the guy doesn't pursue charges, the state should. I'm just sick of people in here saying he's a great guy because his dick is gone and he isn't pursuing charges. He wronged her and he's an asshole. She's young and was acting out of anger, but her actions aren't inexcusable. Edit: Are* inexcusable

TIL making and publishing child porn is okay and vehemently defended if your victim hurts your dong in indignant anger.

The video somehow ended up online, although he says he still isn't sure how that happened. You guys don't read the articles before commenting? /r/mensrights, everyone! Also, stating an incorrect fact then calling me a dumb bitch really makes you look smart.

Well clearly you're too stupid to spell "breathe" lmao. Well I can tell you that you have never attended university in America based on your shit English. When you report the crime to your university's administration, they tell you they'll do something about it, bring the guy in for some kind of moral audit, suspend him, expel him, at least kick him out of the Greek system. You wait months for something to happen but it never does. That's how they do it. They tell you justice is in the works to …

She was the original victim, and if he hadn't done what he did to her, he'd still have his penis, wouldn't he? I'm not victim blaming, he actually victimized her and you're all saying he's a saint because he lost his johnson. Yes, he's a martyr for pedophiles and covert pornographers. Go tattoo his face on your shoulder.

If I filmed child porn of you without your consent and put it on the internet, you have a right to be mad. "So I humiliated this child for all the world to see, shaming her and her family for the rest of their lives, and she got mad and hurt me! How could I, a 25 year old man, have been expected to have better judgment than this 17 year old girl? Obviously she should have been calm, collected and pensive about her reaction to me secretly filming her and putting it online. Women, amiright? Fuckin…

BTFOd you say? I want solid evidence of a case in which a later convicted rapist was covered up by his university despite him being reported. All news articles point to the opposite process in which innocent men get their lives and careers destroyed for mere accusations. The university can't cover up a convicted rape, obviously, because the rapist would have received due process from the courts. What they DO do is receive outcries and reports from victims and then hide them, never telling the po…

I'm sorry, should I have copy+pasted the links for you? Or should I get my PhD in gender studies, write a thesis about university rape, and send it to you? https://uwcampusassaults.wordpress.com/ The estimated number of rapes outnumbers reports of sexual assaults on UW System campuses and at the flagship UW-Madison by a margin of 17-1. With reporting levels so low, nearly all rapists go unpunished, whether by schools or the criminal justice system. http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2014/10/01/bri…

I know you guys shit on feminism because "men's rights" only works in an us vs. them environment, but feminists are actually trying to get girls to do shit and encourage girls to be independent. When you denounce feminism, you reinforce the idea that girls are good for nothing and must rely on men to survive this world. Are you saying men deserve to see themselves more in art because they've done more shit historically? Does a little girl not deserve an idol whom she can aspire to be? You imply …

So you guys are upvoting this comment because you're all skeptical about the legitimacy of the testimonies against universities silencing victims? You think all the women that have come forward about this issue are lying whores, like all women, according to this subreddit?

Actually, he's avoiding pressing charges because he knowingly filmed child porn (Calcutta: 17 = cp) and he'll have to face charges for that if he brings his case to the court.

Having a candid sex tape of you floating around the internet can most definitely ruin your life. Losing your penis doesn't have to.

I don't know if you're aware how many rapes go unreported, but thousands women have said exactly this to themselves when faced with the decision to seek justice. Do you realize how many universities have said this on behalf of the rapist?

Telling someone not to give out solicited information isn't the same thing as telling someone it's their fault they got assaulted because they dared to leave their house. This woman was stabbed in broad daylight near her house. What exactly could you have told her to save her life? What's more reasonable: "Ladies, don't leave your house or you'll get assaulted, and if you don't follow our advice it's your fault," or "Men, stop assaulting people."

With people packed so tight on those trains, a camera mounted up high would only be able to see heads. No good angles to catch groping. Also, people would totally jerk off to those videos. How does being isolated with one's own gender elevate them to "first class" status? It's not like the women receive special advantages by sitting in the corner of the train. The only privilege they receive is NOT getting molested, and the MRAs in this thread seem to maintain that that is, indeed, a privilege.

which tells you it's mostly a fabricated problem over a trivial issue, rather than an epidemic of misogyny So you really think it's a trivial issue? You think that every girl who's been molested on public transport was just mistaken, and having a rando's hand up your skirt is only the fault of the jostling train? YOU are the epidemic of misogyny.

It's interesting that you described his age (23) as "just out of his teenage years" and called him a kid to try and give him some sympathy when his victims/accusers were ACTUAL teenage girls. The girls DID get the attention of authority (a policewoman) who gave him the punishment. The court backed up her actions, too. Are you suggesting that the girls deserved it? Or are you saying the punishment was unjust? Because despite your claim the harassment is taken "really fucking seriously," your cour…

Informing authorities about bullying would be as effective as informing them about harassment (in India no less). That is to say, ineffective.

Being wolf whistled and catcalled is humiliating. How should these women have dealt with it? Just bow their heads and scurry away, telling themselves they deserved it for being outside?

You're right Ellen gets more views than 4chan, sorry for not checking that. But this kid appeared on a single episode, whereas Chloe threads, facebook photo threads, creepshot threads and rate my "sister" threads are made everyday multiple times a day. I'd never heard of Angie Verona, but you just proved my point that there isn't a double standard when it comes to this type of thing. What's to be done is, don't make creepshots famous.

It's worth mentioning that he agreed to go on the show and was paid for it. Also, 4chan gets much more viewership than Ellen. I'm not saying it's right that he got famous for being creeped on. But he embraced it. What about the thousands of teenage girls who are creepshotted everyday with their pictures put online? There are so many that a single one can't even stand out.
