2	Any dads here with EVERY WEEKEND custody? How does it work out long term for you? Ok, Maybe you could talk to your boss/RH and ask for more home office or a different schedule. Something like working longer shifts when you dont have the kids to compensate when they are with you. Dont fear to ask, at worst they just say no. I made some arrangements on my work schedule and RH were really accomodating. You live in Zurich. A lot of job opportunities there too. You could find something else. You should definitely fight for 50/50 or you will end up in a really bad place financially regarding alimony, taxes, etc... by the swiss divorce law. But more than the financial part, you should look at the relationship with your kids. For myself, with 2 days home office a week, I'm able to have my kids half the week and enjoy every other weekend for myself, and this works great.
