I've done a lot with several different pressure cookers, and I can tell you that although they are awesome... They ALL cook differently. So watching a YouTube video and whatnot won't always get you the product you want. Point is, that it takes some practice to really understand your pressure cooker but once you do you can do everything from yogurt, to cheesecake, to pot roast, to stir fry, and more. Like a lot more.

In a perfect world it would probably go something like that, but we don't live in a perfect world. I've done it both ways. I was very fit and active for years, and saw no benefit other than being more attractive to women. I'm no longer interested in that and see no benefit from continuing it. I can still do anything and everything I could do then outside of extreme physical activity which as I get older I do very little of. Being ultra fit wasn't worth my time. If you feel that it is then great... But that doesn't make it correct. There is no correct answer in this debate. It's your own way.

Yes physical activity does promote general heath, physically and mentally, however my point which you can see in those studies is that those mental benefits plateau rather quickly and you can reach those optimal benefits from not very much work at all.
