Yea, I'm definitely not working on this alone and a long term strategy is one I am using, though I came here in hopes of finding some extra tips from people who were once also indoctrinated with that trash.

To be fair, there are a lot of other options than just bodybuilding, while I've never gotten a date, I have had a few girls and guys have crushes on me, mostly because I'm an artist and musician who just does his own shit 24/7. A few other friends of mine who have never picked up a weight in their lives have also been successful and all they do is play video games. So I think it's a matter of self expression, but like the good kind.

I don't think that's the issue, girls approach him but he literally just shuts em out. Like he'll start talking more irritated and gives them that "buzz off" vibe

I wouldn't be here otherwise lol. When I do that he usually replies with "ok simp" as if it's supposed to destroy my whole argument or something

Really chill and cool. He had his hopes and dreams and just loved to talk about his favorite shows and just doing fun stuff. He was also really smart, like I'm talking best of class type shit, his potential was unrivaled ngl.

We're both 18 and as for what's causing him, I'm not all too sure because when it comes to how he gets treated by girls it's pretty normal, we're both heavy introverts who have never gotten a date. But it seems like it's getting more to him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
