| 2 | Woman gives birth, tries to flush baby down toilet while at work. Said she didn’t know she was pregnant. Charged with felony child abuse, inflicting great bodily injury, and attempted murderPut me on jeopardy and see all the dumbass random facts I know. I've had an interesting life. Either way, if you know how the legal system works to a point, you can kind of deduce the outcomes when presented with cases. I like case law anyway. It's interesting to see the difference in punishments for different crimes and people and places dependent on the judge and how the prosecution presents their case. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 14/09/17 06:46 PM |

| 51 | Woman gives birth, tries to flush baby down toilet while at work. Said she didn’t know she was pregnant. Charged with felony child abuse, inflicting great bodily injury, and attempted murderI think it is relative to evidence. With CP, there is hard, tangible evidence of the crime on a hard drive or something. With molestation, it would rely on victim testimony or physical evidence that there had been a crime committed. Any prosecutor worth their salt could slam dunk a cp case, molestation charges cause phycological issues in the victim which could leave a molester to molest people for years to come before their crimes come to light. The legal system in America is kind of complicate… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 14/09/17 04:49 PM |
