Indeed. I’m the same way, but I enjoy taking myself out on Fridays after work for dinner. But I never go anywhere expensive. Usually only spend around $10-12. During the week, I meal prep for work, which is very cheap.

Yeah. My gato, pictured, is perfect for me. I’m barely home during the week, and he’s pretty independent. So when I get home, we hang out and relax during the night together, and he usually sleeps with me in bed. On the weekends, he usually sleeps during most of the day, so it’s a good deal.

My body weight is 210 pounds. I used my belt for the first time tonight and pulled 345 for 3 for two sets, 315 for 5 for 2 sets, and 4 singles at 365, as well as a couple warm up sets. All with mixed grip and chalk, and feel totally fine. Yes, my form in this video was less than perfect. I didn’t have any adverse effects from that lift. I’ve used straps before and they’re terrible. Thanks for your advice, but I’ll pass on it.

365 pound deadlift with no belt. Going to try again today and learn how to use my belt. I let myself ballon up to 33-34% body fat, and after 8 months, am down into the high 21% range and continuing to lean, while gaining muscle, with my body weight staying the same. 250 pounds down to 210.
