What confusion? It's not about going out or constantly hitting on people or being a mPUA on day 1. Fuck I've been wimping out all week on actually escalating beyond just flirting and getting numbers. But it's the effort that counts as cliche as that sounds. If you're failing, it means your growing at least in my eyes.

I agree with him 100%, if you're not being rejected you're not doing it right. I like to take the Oscar Wilde quote "The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about." Now you don't want to be "that" guy but at the same time, fun, festive, and flirty leads to positive responses maybe 75-80% of the time for me and a negative the rest.

I agree 100% with what you're saying but at the same time I think that if you're able to show "hey, women enjoy my presence" while still finding a way to make your particular target feel special it can be really beneficial.

I can't comment on your kino-ness because I think that's too subjective, too many variables for me to comment without being there. I think it depends on the girl in large part (AKA how physical she is versus the need to be escalated a little slower). However, with the girl in the hammock, I don't know how drunk you were or what kind of situation it was but you really should made a move or something. If I read it correctly this girl was laying on top of you for a solid 30 seconds or so? Sounds li…

I'd be careful with the fat shit test. Even when smiling/joking, some women are hella insecure or shallow and can freak when someone comments even in jest.

Not going to lie, this title reminded of the clip from Forgetting Sarah Marshall. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59nrQPo53xo

Major props for this post. Honest acknowledgment of both successes and mistakes. Not too much bullshit or tricks. Just fun, flirting and then success. You sir deserve a cookie...or an upvote since I have no cookies to give.

Felt the same issue many times. Especially over the last year I've had a lot of women express interest in me (sometimes attractive, sometimes less so). However, I've had enough awkard mornings and semi-bitter texts that I've just started self-limiting for better or for worse. That being said, I think its still ridiculous entertaining to go out, get in state, and play the game with attractive people. I guess the moral of the story is that the skills associated with pick-up can be used in a lot of…

Agreed, last halloween this happened and it worked perfectly. Lots of teasing over the girl's costume and skill at beer pong. Plenty of KINO. Won our first game, lost our second. Went away talked to a couple other ladies. End up in one of the back rooms with my former partner and she went crazy.

So freaking true. I can't list the number of times that I've picked up my phone to text a lady, thought about it, and decided either to wait another 24 hours or let her text me. 90% of the time, waiting/ignoring/push-pulling pays off.

Just to sum everything up: You ended up spending 300$. Stripper in question became very personal and open with you. You really don't have any past serious experience with this person. Honest estimation: I think you got played. Someone opening up that fast in such an economic environment suggests either a penchant for playing guys for money OR she's (for lack of a better word) crazy. It's always possible that she's the real deal. But as in economic affairs, IMHO if it seems too good to be true, i…

Very tl;dr, Mystery broke up with his long time GF, slept around, developed oneitis, and tail-spinned into emotional oblivion.

IMO I think the author just wanted to show that Pick up can be destructive if you make it your only goal in life in the second part of the book. Mystery's break-down/weirdness just exemplified that.
