| 1 | Gentlemen, do not be this guyPracticing FA in NYS. Suicide is "allowed" two years after the agreement has been put into place. The idea is that anybody who truly feels suicidal is not in the right place to make financial decisions 2+ years in advance. Dead men don't care about payoffs, so after that it's fair play. Still seems dirty, but it's how the system works. EDIT: Suicide in this case means practically anything.
