I guess you struggle with the phrase, 'to each their own'. Let's go with to each their own foreskin, to be removed at their own discretion. Seems straightforward.
It's an apt metaphor but for the fact that American culture tends to view circumcision as the norm, whereas tattoos are seen as a very personal choice for adults only.
No need to downvote. What you said is true. However, the medical necessity of a circumcision is not always evident in infancy. Circumcision on the off chance that it would have been needed later doesn't work for me.
This is my right as a woman, my feelings are hurt. Also, hormones. Seriously though, whether perpetrated by a man or woman, this behavior is unacceptable.
