It made me miserable. It put a whole lot of pressure on me to be better but I gave myself no empathy. Facts that get covered with a bunch of bullshit. Red Pill uses things that are true and covered it in their own brand of lies. Coming from an ex-red pill, you need to blame yourself not TRP. If you put the blame all on them you'll end up making the same mistakes again somewhere else. Learn how you fell into it and how your insecurities played on your mind, TRP is part of the blame but you chose to believe it. Meditation and stoicism are both good for staying aware of your mind, real stoicism by the way not the red pill brand bullshit stoicism
