How much of this did you ever read? I got to the study you put in quotation marks and it said the differences between genders were neglible when they thought the interviewers were using a polygraph. The only time there was a significant difference is when they no longer believed it was anonymous. The people performing the study even said it was most likely due to fear of being judged.

Are you dense? That's not an actual study being referenced. That is a journalistic review of many different studies. Without providing the actual studies showing data backing their claims, the articles don't hold much weight.
