Re read it again, thence no point have I qualified, justified, or defended his actions. What about that is so difficult for you to understand? You don't have the right to put your hands on another person. How that person reacts to whatever you did, whether or not another group of people agrees/disagree with the actions, you do not get to decide how that person reacts to you. There is no legality in question here: it is already illegal to assault and batter another person. What about that stopped that person, nothing. Don't put your hands on other people and you can avoid almost all of these situations found in the videos posted here.

I currently work as an instructor for the CA Dept of justice in this field. Go reread what I posted. It isn't difficult to understand. You don't get to pick how someone else reacts to something. There is no law or legislation in the world that will prevent someone else from stabbing you in the chest with a screwdriver because you shoved them. The company I worked for today conducted an open interview and a single father had to get up and leave because the other of his child wouldn't pick up their kid from school. That stuff kills me. The people directing the interviews were kind enough to set aside time for him this Friday, thank goodness. The guy was Betty obviously down on his luck and it horrible listening to him plead with some woman on his phone to pick up their kid.
