Q-u-a-l-i-t-y. Personally, if the answer is "Yes," I don't really want to be talking to her anyway. Though, you have to be ready to divert the conversation quickly. Get her talking and don't make it feel like an interrogation otherwise it will make things feel stressful.

You'd be better off saying, "You're from Greece, too?" - it's simpler and will set her up for asking what you're talking about if she doesn't know - be quick about it and start with, "You don't even know where the word lesbian comes from?" in an total, "I'm completely disappointed in you." tone - the kind your grandmother would use that would make you feel really bad about yourself, disappointed tone.
