The resume associated them with an organization that fundamentally attached itself to expressed human sexuality. Employers who oppose open sexuality, regardless of orientation, would be lumped in with those who only oppose open homosexuality. Maybe they'd reason that a sexually "liberated" person would be too open, making others uncomfortable in conversation.
