Get yourself a foam roller and a lacrosse ball if you don't have them. Or if you do learn how to use them. Or if you know how to use them start using them. Additionally concentrate on elongating you hip flexors in your stretching routine.

Yes. Additionally expectations not matching reality does not cause emotional pain. That in and of itself is simply a what is. It's only when that mismatch is deemed "wrong" or "shouldn't be" etc. that the emotional element comes into play. I like the cut of your jib Fat.

Bingo. I think what is throwing everyone off is the explanation of the thought mechanism behind it.

Interesting... That's the furthest thing from my intention. My goal is to highlight the process of the creation of emotion so that it can be controlled and reframed in a manner that you choose until which time you no longer need to because you are dealing with objective reality exclusively. Dig the input.

Can you explain to me the process of what makes something painful. Emotionally.

He made a bad, stupid decision to trust her Or 2) He wasn't strong enough to hold onto her. What he needs to do now is re-evaluate the situation and find out his shortcomings instead of shutting down his emotions and carrying on as if it was nothing. Learn, learn, learn. These aren't facts. These are stories. How are 1) and 2) different in the manufacture than say 3.) I'll get a new girl tomorrow. or 4) Man, she's a mess. ?

There is a major difference though. Women act based on emotion then justify that reaction with confounded reasoning. Same with betas. I am advocating the reasoning process to occur first before the reaction so that your reaction is in line with your desired frame. That's the distinction. The process needs to occur in reverse of what is generally accepted. It puts everything in your court and under your control and gives you the ability to ask yourself, "how do I choose to react to these circumst…

I'm not advocating the man up stance at all. I'm showing how the emotion is created. Like it or not that is the process. This is a dynamic that happens in all humans. Men and women. I'm trying to point out that people general believe that the emotion erupts and then comes the story of why. I am explaining it's the story that erupts and then comes the emotion. We create the emotion. It's basically the process of reframing yourself to be more in line with what you are committed to in your life. An…

But you're not taking into account what caused the behavior and your behavioral change in the first place. That happens on an intellectual level prior to action. It's the same concept of reframing. I'm liking the discussion.

No. Not man up and shut down. It's to examine your specific reality and reactions and understand how you got yourself there. What you do is up to you.

No I'm not. I'm explaining to you what is already happening in the mind so it can be controlled. Once the process is revealed it can be changed and ultimately destroyed. Once that happens one would be virtually unaffected by outside influence. In other words a rock hard unshakable frame.

Wouldn't the 2 examples you give fall under the definition of a story?

You are mad because you want things to be a certain way that they cannot be. I like to call it Little Timmy syndrome. Timmy wanted to stay up late but had to go to bed. Timmy was mad. Timmy wanted to drive fast but Timmy was stuck in traffic. Timmy was mad. Timmy wanted women to be some other way that he imagined and they aren't. Timmy was mad. The nature of a woman is the nature of a woman. Nothing more, nothing less. It is not an assault or a personal affront. It is what is. Does one get mad a…

I would recommend first doing mobility training for your whole body. Get the book Supple Leopard. That's the first step to rehabbing your injuries. Then there is yoga. It's awesome shit. I try to do it at least once a week but I also do crossfit and run. There are tons of dudes who have made massive improvement with yoga alone and it's also great for mobility. With your issues even after you get to a point you can lift etc you're gonna want to keep doing it. Also on the block is swimming. Fuckin…

I kinda crack up at some of you guys getting mad at these chicks. Regardless of age they are women. Do you get mad at a dog for being a dog? Just smile and watch the carnival of life unfold outside your sphere.

First off figure out what you want to do in/for your life. Want to be an entrepreneur? Get crazy fit? Climb Everest? Do Ultramarathons? Design games? Learn to decorate? Whatever. Make a list then start at meetup.com Boom.

Well that's fine but what hit me was the fact that he was actually surprised about it. In contrast to guys on this sub that would have completely expected it.
