Just because these rationalizations are used by most guys doesn't mean you have to use them. Fear is a mile wide and an inch deep.. Volume negates luck man, maybe go on a little vacation and practice some cold approaches there since there is a high probability you wont see them again. Saying your not confident enough is limiting your potential, take the time to make your inner self proud by doing hard things like someone else in this thread mentioned. Simple.. be likeable, show genuine interest in them, show that your self-aware by going to the gym and grooming regularly. Believing your at a disadvantage is putting you at a disadvantage. Believe your THE man but for this to be genuine you should be taking considerable action to become the man. 3 things that made the biggest difference for me: self-belief, getting in better shape and improving my social skills.
