Ad hominem, whether no girl has ever looked at me or whether I'm Ghengis Khan, that doesnt change the fact that you're overthinking the fact that she read your message and didn't respond. "what's my next move" There is no next move. Just carry on like normal, a plates a plate for a reason if she doesn't work out you've got more. The fact that you're just lashing out at me means you're way too emotionally invested in this broad

Anything I want meat, water, energy wise. Meat and fat is way more filling than any carbohydrates and has less calories than all of that. If I'm tired my body's going to be hungry and I'd probably want want a fattier cut of steak. When Im on the diet I only eat twice a day and never feel bloated or tired.

Salts good, put as much as your body wants. The thing about carnivore is your body tells you everything it wants, there's no hormones and chemicals all over the place. If you're hungry, eat. If your body's craving salt, eat it.

Yea there's an entire reading list in the sidebar of zerocarb, ie The Fat of The Land by Vilhjálmur Stefánsson.

Carnivore is really a fantastic diet I encourage all of you to do it for a month. Ive done it for 3 months and it has honestly done wonders for mental clarity and bloating. Check out the zerocarb subreddit, it's basically the redpill of diets

"Philosophize this!" Is a good one I've been listening to, starts at presocratics and goes chronologically forward

I don't see why not but one of the main reasons I started working out was because I had a very pro-gym friend in highschool who kept on lighting a fire under my ass every time I wouldn't go with him to the gym and that really pushed me into learning the form and developping a habit for myself. I highly recommend that unless you already have a habit or dont have time for a gym membership, that you get one, just the entire Aura and fact that people are there looking at your really pushes you to go…

10 lbs, 12 lbs, 15 lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs, 40 lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs. The fact that you ask about this stuff means your wasting time and not just doing. Weights are weights man but if this your first time working out I suggest going to the gym a few times with your buds let em show you how to lift correctly. Most importantly you gotta learn how to have form, because if you don't get the correct form, eventually you'll hurt your back or rotator cuffs and won't be able to lift.

Philosophy books (Kant, Sartre, Aquinas) Crime and Punishment - dostoyevsky The Illiad - Homer Those are all good places to start that you can see if you like, and then go deeper if you did enjoy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
