Didn’t say that. Just the reality of the situation. The odds on finding most perpetrators of property damage are really low It simply doesn’t make sense to go out and try to figure out each crime. It’s more efficient to wait for a repeat offender to make a mistake and then go pick them up at their home with an arrest warrant

Phone is still in parking’ name even if given to child for use Like if a company gives someone a phone to use for work purposes; upon termination of employment that phone needs to be returned to the company. Turning off service is not complete

Where have I said that? I haven’t. Because I’ve never thought that My position is that it’s not for us to make judgements from afar because we don’t have enough information. It’s not a matter of believe or not believing the accuser; only that preserving due process for all is worth far more than any single case. I’ll let the courts run their course and delay opinion until then when the facts are unveiled

As the general public we don’t have enough information to make an accurate assessment either way For a while there the masses acted as guilty before proven innocent; people are simply returning to innocent until proven guilty and that’s a very good thing

The beach is different. As a former beach rescue, I might argue that well over 90% of incidents are alcohol related It’s the fucking ocean, not the Queens YMCA Worst part about saving drunks in a rip current? They feel less buoyant so they kick doggy style and basically force the responder to put them to sleep Now instead of having a cooperative mark you can work thru the current, you have dead weight to side stroke with. news flash I’ll let you sink before I let you take me with you

Seems to me it may be a “not my problem” type approach. Traffic court is civil court for civil violations. I would think immigration cases go elsewhere
