What's the importance of using a VPN / Proxy / Anonymous surfing? Is that just for the people who truly want to keep their identities secret? Or is there an actual need to take that level of precaution when connection to Rizon? Also, I can't seem to get /mode Nick +X to work (got this one... it's a lowercase x)

by making the mother state No one is forcing the mother to say that. If you reread my post and the original post that I got the idea from, the mother willingly said she wanted the baby with or without the father.

Precedence can always be changed with a good lawyer and case ;) Not saying you're wrong, but how does Troxel vs Granville have anything to do with my question? Troxel vs Granville was about visitation rights between divorced parents and their children. Here's a non-wiki link for those who don't like wikipedia. Even if the child was born out of the father's desire to not have a child, the case only set precedence on child visitation rights, not child alimony rules.

I removed the wording "poor chap." I wrote that being a single man who would be distraught if the girl I slept with decided to keep a baby I didn't want / had no idea existed. I'll clarify "girl I slept with" to mean a girl that I do not have a serious relationship or a 1-night stand with. I removed it because this guy is engaged to the women, which is a fact I momentarily forgot when posting this self.MensRights. As for the rest of your post, I don't think I can answer the questions proposed. I…

To be honest, I think this more has to do with the state of America. We have developed into a nation where blaming someone else is the norm and accepting that you or your family are the ones truly at fault is not an option. It's pathetic and this man is a perfect example.

You could try this: get a rental unit to store all your expensive stuff. Give her the 30 day notice. She wont have anything to destroy as it'll all be safe elsewhere. You'll just have to endure her BS for 30 days. You can also go stay at a friend's place for those 30 days. I'm sure any of your friends will not mind you staying at their place for this cause. At the end of the 30 days, change your locks. Day of. You can also consider why crazyex suggested here: get a temporary restraining order.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
