I would think "grab her by the fingernails" is sexaul harrassement, and "grab her by the pussy" is sexual assault.

Car accidents need to be removed fromt this sub. It's ridiculous common for any gender to get away with light sentences. Check out this article that talks about this phenomenom. https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/national/for-hit-and-run-drivers-who-kill-people-jail-time-is-rarely-a-consequence

Go to a girl, grab her hand, carress her fingernails, and good luck trying to explain the police you weren't sexually harassing her.

Unwanted touching anywhere could be sexual harrasment. This isn't some catch 22 like you imply it is.

I got a PCP vibe from her, not drunk. I think she would have lost balance much easier during that ordeal if just simply drunk.

There was definitely at least 2 white dudes (possibly 3) in the full video that surrounded her. https://www.liveleak.com/view?i=1eb_1504507382 Plus this was only a segment. Unless there's a quote somewhere, how can someone definitely say zero italians harassed her?

I think it was the girl who got slammed who said it, not any of the bystanders. It seems highly unlikely to me she was completely just silent the entire time. Can't really prove it either way with this footage, but I think it's more likely that the slammed girl said it herself. With that type of indignation in her voice, if it was a friend, I would have expected that person to intervene instead of standing there doing squat shit.

Why would the show have anything like that? The verbal agreement would be between the two contestants. Why would the show care? They wouldn't be liable for anything. They just have to pay the winner. What happens afterwards is not their problem.

I see no reason to assume this guy is being bullied. These are all look like grown adults, not kids in the school yard. This is happening for a specific reason, not just for the sake of bullying. Don't know if the reason is valid or not, but relying on a youtube title is dumb. For all we know, he did something deserving of a beating. The way the girl in blue tries to stop the black jacket dude from hitting him makes me thing it's some family affair.

What reaction are you talking about? When she said, "cheat on my boyfried and not have him find out", the crowd reaction was sympathy for the boyfriend because it was a fucked up thing. Men are assholes when they cheat and women are almost encouraged to cheat uh, I'm not buying this at all as a societal norm. Women are branded as whores/sluts when they cheat. The opposite is more likely with men being called players.

You're telling me that if a guy was interviewed in that Jimmy Kimmel segment, and showed undeniable proof that he banged famous female athletes like Maria Sharapova, McKayla Maroney, and Ronda Rousey while dating someone, people wouldn't be impressed?
/r/PussyPass08/10/15 01:05 AM

That's how everyone, man or woman, internalizes it when they cheat. And that's how everyone, man or woman, sees it when they're being cheated on. (cheating lying whore/slut). I don't see what's gender specific about this. This clip was put out on Jimmy Kimmel exactly because how bad she looks, and it's funny because how bad she looks. This wasn't placed in a positive light.

Get back! Well she's resisting! I wouldn't have to use this force if she wasn't resisting! hah, please find me a single video of that happening! Actually, find me two to establish a trend.

You know what would be more interesting? Posting videos of cops giving women a pussy pass after being attacked. I think that would way more rare than cops denying the pussy pass. I think in order for a pussy pass to be denied, the the pussy pass needs be something that regularly happens. Cops doing everything in their power to prevent physical and property damage regardless of gender is the norm, so I find it hard to call this a pussy pass.

If destroying a police car is that far on the edge of the spectrum, you need waay more evidence to declare it a pussy pass denied because being a drunk moron would be tons more likely. If you have videos of women complaining after attacking police , post that because there's actual evidence. In this case, there's no strong reason to assume this is a pussy pass denied. If you start using that type of flimsy reasoning, almost any video of woman getting beat up could be justified here.

I have never in my life heard of a woman getting special treatment for destroying police property. If she doesn't say anything explicit about deserving special treatment for being a woman, the special treatment could only be revoked in situations where special treatment could be expected based on vast amounts of evidence and historical precedent. Situations like not getting hit back when hitting a guy first or getting a low sentence for fucking minors. But getting special treatment for destroyin…

FEMINIST ACTS, A MAN DEFENDING HIMSELF, AND OTHER SITUATIONS WHERE WOMEN DO SOMETHING THAT IMPLIES THEY WILL SUFFER NO REPERCUSSIONS ARE FAIR GAME. None of that happened in this gif. Nothing in this gif implied she thought she would suffer no repercussions because she was a woman. You must have a very low opinion of women if you believe they hold an inherent belief they can get away with destroying a cop car. This person in particular was just moron that happened to have a pussy.

It was more than just being sued. Extracted outcomes included disciplinary action by a medical regulatory board, malpractice experience, referral to a medical regulatory body, complaints received by a healthcare complaints body, criminal cases, and medico-legal matter with a medical defence organisation.
/r/PussyPass14/08/15 05:44 AM
2

It's implied just by the wording of the statement, isn't it? The statement is male doctors are more likely to get sued than female doctors for medical malpractice, not more male doctors are sued then than female doctors for medical malpractice.
/r/PussyPass14/08/15 05:24 AM
4

Here's something more reasonable straight from the article: Other variables have been shown to be both associated with doctors’ sex and experience of medico-legal action, but have not been examined by this meta-analysis. These include the number of hours worked or the number of patient encounters. Studies included in this systematic review and meta-analysis have demonstrated that female doctors work less hours than male doctors [34], [35] and see less patients than their male colleagues [28]. Th…

I doubt something that simple wouldn't be factored into the study.
/r/PussyPass13/08/15 10:54 PM
2

Couldn't this also be evidence of female doctors being better at diagnosing than men, and hence less malpractice suites? I know this is /r/pusspass and people may not want to hear that, but it's definitely a conclusion that's way less absurd than people not wanting to recieve shit loads of money for their suffering just because the doctor is a woman. It's not like there's some unwritten rule of chivalry that says "Thou shall not sue m'lady."
/r/PussyPass13/08/15 10:53 PM
12

I don't see why anyone that was harmed by a doctor would care about the gender. "This female doctor caused me extreme pain, suffering, and disability, but she fluttered her eyes and smiled at me!" Article didn't state any reason for it. Could be just as likely that women doctors are more risk averse and therefore choose the least risky treatments.

Rule #2 2) "The outcome would have been different for a man" is not strong enough to stand on its own. The offender must have used (or been granted) a pass based on their gender; e.g. motherhood, PMS, perceived 'weaknesses'. Posts made on flimsy grounds will be removed.

i have seen a few videos where they mount it passenger side and it is the activist doing of blocking the driver side view, but they are not making the driver continue. no matter the reason, when you or your vehicle becomes impaired and can not operate safely, you stop. that's just the bottom line. I understand these people driving where they aren't supposed to be are in the wrong. But I could kind of see why they drive off like that. You're surrounded by a bunch of strangers filming you that cle…

That one woman who took the water bottle looked like she put in a decent effort take off the sticker, but ended up driving off because it was too difficult without the right materials and anyone helping. It's pretty retarded to expect the already retarded people driving on the sidewalk to do the non retarded thing of driving off without finding a way to take off the sticker first. The more maddening part is that they put stickers on the driver side a number of times, and it looks like all the dr…

They're endangering more lives by putting those giant stickers on the driver side of the window. At least put it on the passenger side.

Cops not filing criminal charges for these type of "accidents" seems to be a big problem with the NYPD. It's not specific to women drivers. http://road.cc/content/news/78690-campaigner-slam-nypd-over-no-criminality-suspected-closure-investigations-cyclist http://www.streetsblog.org/2012/02/15/nypds-lax-crash-investigations-may-violate-state-law/ Also, your example would be more of a race issue than a gender issue.

Not sure if I'm getting pussypass from this. More of a lazy incompetent cop pass.

Yeah, I could see why the jury didn't convict her. Moore has contended the relationship between Cole and the teen began more than two years after her accident. That period from January through mid-July 2010 -- when the teen was whisked off by his parents to a wilderness camp for troubled children because of poor grades and drug abuse -- is when the two exchanged all of the text messages and phone calls. But Cole's attorney told the jury that she was a well-meaning mother of four sons who tried t…

I also I thought he was just showing the banned guy's retarded response. It's the kind of angry outburst I expect from from someone who just got banned. Then I realized it was the mod.

Deserves to be disciplined by the the school in some way, not to get hit by a teacher.

I think the ruling was that she's has to be responsible for the child as the mother, not that she is the mother. You hear about women asking men to donate sperm all the time without expecting the father to be part of the child's life. It's possible there's a scenario where a man asks a woman to donate her eggs so he could have a child without expecting her to be part of the child's life. Without really knowing anything about the case, I'm guessing an argument along these lines is what she used.

The fact that the wife didn't get jelly that her husband brought a random girl to their shouse would make me think it's guy. But yeah, I originally thought it was a girl.

While I get there's a double standard, I rather they just change the age of consent to 16 and avoid unfair harsh punishments for both men and women. Yes, the teacher is in a position of power, but I think that should be grounds termination (and a permanent teaching ban), not necessarily butt fuck prison.

I think she gained weight since the charges. She looks better in other pictures. Nowhere near 10/10, but I wouldn't say no. https://www.google.com/search?safe=off&es_sm=93&biw=1745&bih=877&tbm=isch&q=summer+hansen+corona&revid=886954852&sa=X&ei=dC0gVaT5LIjooATX74CoBw&ved=0CB8Q1QIoAA#imgdii=_&imgrc=url1in58sewBoM%253A%3Bs3Y2bzy5j6A3AM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fmedia.nbclosangeles.com%252Fimages%252F1200*675%252Fsummer-hansen-court-aug-15.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.nbclosangeles.com%252Fnews%252Floca…

What pussy pass? What the fuck else was he supposed to do in a moving train? He would have equally gotten tired talking to a crazy male passenger and eventually walk away too.

If it was a male cop, he would have been just as likely not get charged because he's a cop. This is not a gender issue at all. This is just a cop that happened to be a woman. I don't think this qualifies as a pussy pass.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
