The biggest issue most people have is getting super pumped up, going to the gym for 5 hours, eating nothing but kale, and then never doing it again. What helped me was turning it into a habit. I would go to the gym and use one machine for 15 to 20 minutes. I changed my average lunch from ten chicken nuggets and chips two grilled chicken and a small salad ( preferably spinach). For me it's politics. I live in a liberal city and voted for Trump. It's always so black and white with them (either feminist or misogynist), and I hate when it gets brought up. I can talk with my male friends all day long about it, even if we have completely different opinions. The major difference is just the amount of income that gets factored into your taxes. These individuals won't be saving thousands of dollars. I didn't really have an interest in any fraternities when I was in college. Not that they were bad, but it was a lot of alcohol. I really hate being drunk, so I couldn't really handle any parties that the fraternities had, since that's literally all they did. I don't think it's a beta thing, it just doesn't do a lot in terms of improving yourself or gaining meaningful experiences. It's drinking and hanging out with people.

In the business world, if they can give something away for free, it means they're getting the money from something else. Usually it's by charging more for the burger than it's actually worth. Sometimes it is genuinely free. I was at a local Greek restaurant yesterday and they gave me free fries as well as everyone else in the restaurant.
