In spite of the fact that all of the things we have a problem with wouldn't even EXIST in a society that favored men. Current society norms favor a certain ideal of man (the known hyper masculine, loud, aggressive, assertive and all that fluff), and berate men who arent close to that ideal. Its not that complicated.
