Half of cows suffer from infections which causes large of pus to leach into your milk, A litre of milk can have up to 400,000,000 somatic cells (pus cells) before it is considered unfit for people to drink. Cows are pumped full of hormones, antibiotics, and are constantly impregnated to increase milk supply The brutal conditions that they're kept in is enough to put people off Watch a couple videos on Mastitis Tldr: Milk is bad for you, your health, the environment, and cows

A list of the ways to reduce endocrine disruptors would be incredibly useful. This video deserves a proper write up. This guy's presentation skills and mannerisms make it obvious that he looks after his testosterone. He's basically saying that endocrine disruptors ( which decrease your testosterone levels, and your kids', and your kids' kids') is found in every person at highly interested reacted compared to even a free years ago, and it's rising. Your drinking water contains loads because of bi…

I second the bullet journal, it organises your journal thoughts perfectly so your mind feels less cluttered. I add an index to the front page of any notepad I start now. Using page numbers to show how the notepad is organised. Such a simple thing to do but so very useful.

What people in the comments section are missing is the experience of applying this mindset. When you abstain from sugar, video games, alcohol and focus on delayed gratification activities like lifting, reading, learning a skill (eg guitar), you rewire your brain to enjoy the delayed activities more. Your brain is no longer over stimulated from the instant rush, and you begin to not even want to consume things that you know are bad for you in the long run. Everytime you have that ice cream, you m…

You are mixing up chasing and leading. You as a man are always the dominant one, and therefore lead her around when she is with you. She is chasing you because she wants access to you and your life. By chasing you, she gets to be led by you. Women want an alpha that will lead them round, to get that alpha they need to chase him. Chasing =/= leading.

Have your shower whenever you prefer it. What I'm trying promote is that cold showers are much more beneficial than warm showers. Personally I prefer a cold shower in the morning as it wakes me up properly and sets me up for the day, but you should experiment with morning vs night showers and see which one works for you. So definitely try morning showers, but stick with whichever one works for you.

Easiest way is to completely stop doing that particular thing, then 2/3 weeks later look back on it and see if you actually miss doing it or if you were doing it to fill time/feel good/whatever other reason.

I'm lucky enough to have never been addicted to anything (lucky is the wrong word), though I believe a large portion of modern people and especially the younger generations are addicted in some way to dopamine release. This is why fast food, video games, drugs, and other instant gratification devices are so very popular, because we crave that instant release which is in the long run extremely detrimental. I don't believe this to be anti-RP, the redpill is all about waking up to the hidden causat…

Consuming is not inherently bad, but again it's not inherently good. The problem occurs when you are only consuming and never producing. My argument is that you should aim to consume only after a period of hard work, using that consumption as a reward with the aim of associating hard work with the reward - self conditioning yourself to become more productive.

Never heard of Musashi, thanks for mentioning, I will take a look later on. Could you expand on your point about tracking how much time you have left? Why is it beneficial? I'm a big believer is "tidy room, tidy mind" mentality, I think even having clutter around you requires extra brain processing power and without it you can be more focused on being present and focused on goals. Video games are the ultimate dopamine pleasure releases, game developers have been researching the shit out of addic…

Of course not all tv is bad, there is some good stuff out there even though the majority of it is bad. Watching tv though is a high dopamine activity, and dopamine like any other drug is addictive. Watch tv today and you're more likely to watch it again tomorrow. The key is to use tv or any other high dopamine activity as a reward for hard work. Building the association between hard work and a delayed dopamine release is essentially conditioning yourself to be more productive. Reading fiction is…

I'm not here to do anyone else favours or to change society in anyway. That's beyond my control. What I can control is my own actions, and my actions are almost always going to be looking after myself and my future. Once I have gotten myself to a point when I don't need to worry about providing for myself or my future, I'll try to help other people out, but I won't try to change a culture that is so deeply ingrained in our society because that's just plain impossible. What I will do is teach lik…

You're missing the point about self improvement, do it for yourself not anyone else. Hitting the gym and finally noticing your improvements is perhaps one of the most fulfilling things you can do. You need to change your motivations to self improvement, the secondary effect of doing this is that women will be more interested in you, but at that point you can be the one choosing whether they will be lucky enough to fuck you or not.

Don't be a consumer, forge yourself into a producer. Become the guy who feeds the betas and materialistic chumps shit that hey don't need nor really want. First you must analyse your own lifestyle to see what you consume and how you can unlearn this destructive behaviour. Consuming is not just about buying shit, it's listening to pussified music (and most music in general), eating chips/crisps which have the killer combo of fat and sugar which makes them super addictive (you never only have one)…

Meditation is a god send for you, start out with mindfulness meditation and do ten minutes per day, eventually increase the length over time. Meditation makes you super relaxed and grounded, you will start noticing a difference from the very first time that you try it. Check out this link for a good starting point. Remember, the hardest part of implementing a habit is actually sitting down and doing it. Do it today, and try to incorporate it into your daily morning routine. To quote an old Chine…

The cold burns fat - activates brown fat which increases metabolism levels, uses blood glucose to provide energy to heat the body, blood sugar levels decrease to more natural level. Mental toughness - psychologically, overcoming an extreme condition at the beginning of the day gives mental clarity and feels like an achievement each time (start the day as you mean to go on). Increases immune function - like weight lifting you are stressing your immune system and it gets stronger each time you do …

Try to get in the habit of fully cold showers all the time. Within 4-5 days you become adapted to the cold, and in 1-3 weeks you become comfortable in it - as in you don't feel the cold. I've done this for 3 months now and cannot describe how much it has changed my morning routine: shorter showers, feeling of joy/satisfaction in the shower, warming up when leaving shower instead of cooling down, and feeling buzzed and ready for the day. There is a Dutch man called Wim Hof who has an excellent do…

This shouldn't even be a question you need to ask, you know the answer already. Your girl, the one you trust to have a monogamous relationship with, kissed another dude. Who gives a shit if she was playing some shitty game, that's not an excuse. You need to now ask yourself some questions: - Is this the only time she kissed another guy? - If you forgive her, will she use that as an excuse to do it again? - Would you rather be the guy who's girl is kissing random guys, or the guy kissing random g…

Have a look at the "Warrior Diet". It's essentially intermittent fasting where you have one meal per day and a large meal at night which mimics the eating schecdules we would likely have had as hunter gatherers. You can eat nuts, berries, small amount of fruit during the day. Since starting this diet I've had much more energy during the day since my body isn't constantly metabolising, and I sleep better than ever after a large meal. Your body adapts to the new diet within a couple of weeks and y…

Whether or not the Qur'an endorses behaviour is not relevant, we judge based on actions and not words. We see thousands of terrorist attacks each year with tens of thousands of dead and injured. These are religiously motivated attacks in the name of Jihad. Even so, why should the Qu'ran be writing about killing me if I am an athiest? Sharia law is openly aggressive to anyone that is not a muslim. Let's use the " the Qu'ran is not that bad" argument. Here are some direct translations from Sharia …

Solid idea. Escape to your primal self and you will find that you have redefined your definition of comfort. True comfort comes from being close to the soul, the deep physiological connection with the body through the mind, not the shallow instant gratification comfort that average Joe gets eating a packet of grease fried crisps watching shitty tv and advertising brainwashing. There have been a lot over very promising depression "cure" studies that have looked at the positive benefits of cold exposure. here is a link about a full body hypothermia study that finds positive effects even after one session. Definitely do the research, it is fascinating stuff. I do the breathing every morning before a cold shower, and can tell you that I am feeling some big differences. More energy, more awake, more calm and centred. Have you ever tried meditation? The breathing method is the best form of meditation that I have ever done. Hey Chootey, so found out about the stress hormone situation. The negative affects of high stress (cortisol) levels are only prevalent when they are sustained over a long period. Essentially what the breathing method does is to increase the cortisol levels very high for a short period of time, then once the exercise is over the reset back down to a very low level, to a level that is natural for us. The technique teaches you to control the stress levels, to make them peak, and then lower them sig…

Do you even know what a tax return will show? It won't show how wealthy he is, it will show how much tax he pays. You cannot even estimate a person's wealth from a tax return. You'll see his yearly income, you won't see how many assets he owns. Providing his tax return is a non issue, he has no obligation to release it, but he will, and it'll be use this to his advantage as long as the media continues to hold it against him. He's laughing at them, they are too predictable.

That's not accounting for: (1) Employing hundreds of thousands of people, paying millions of dollars in wages (2) Living an extremely expensive lifestyle, private jets, mansions etc. Sure you could invest your inheritance in the S&P and end up with loads of money, but that's assuming that you spend barely any of it. Even if you were correct about his inheritance increasing at the same rate as the S&P500, which is what is often argued, you are not factoring in a whole load of other factors. (1) He employed tens of thousands of people, paid their wages too which is in the hundreds of millions plus. (2) He lives an extremely expensive lifestyle. Simply investing in stocks and taking the money at the end is assuming that he spent 0 on living. He has spent millions upon millions on living.

They're both interesting points that I'll get back to you on whilst writing the post. There is a lot of studies being carried out on him at the moment to see what he is truly capable of, and all of them are showing very promising signs in terms of self-healing, self-regualtion, and regaining control of the primal brain that unplugs us from societies' influence. I'm sure that the positives will outweigh the negatives, 100%.

That's why feminists are pushing for equality of outcome, this way managers cannot stop women getting hired for jobs above their merit even if they wanted to.
