...you must be thinking of what someone with a conscience would do. she clearly does this for a living. she treats people's front porches like a pettier thief would lifting candy bars from a store shelf.

and your point is...? so there are a lot of Jews in journalism and entertainment--as there always have been. this is one of the many fields in which they excel to a greater extent than gentiles. and writers beget writers; entertainers beget entertainers. ...so then they should just forego pursuit of these positions of wealth, power, and esteem...so that you will feel less uncomfortable about it? ...that sounds exactly like bitching that you can't get into an Ivy League school because all the Chi…

...Well, what can I say? Congrats on your degree...but you're still wrong. (And it's not even a Brit/American thing this time.) The OP already proved his position with a source. ...So right now you're just another guy on the internet standing on a claim baselessly--and with an argument from authority fallacy thrown in for good measure. Feel free to rebut--from one of your graduate linguistic texts if necessary. (...But no Shakespeare quotation abuse please.)

Yes. ..."me too" is quite appropriate, nearly perfect, as the slogan for this witches witch-hunting "movement"--since it's all about playing the victim, downplaying personal responsibility, (ironic) little-ol'-me playacting, and bandwagonning. As we know, "me too!" is a child's expression: little wonder that is what these child-women took up as their club name. So, of course, it is never "I, too, whored myself to advance my career...and now I regret it." It's only ever "He took advantage of me."

...Who knew that wannabe-grammarians used the same strawman arguing style that deranged wannabe-social critics do?!

...Way to be epically wrong, Jonny--and so confident, too! You ought to apply to be the editor for all of #MeToo's press releases.

Yep. (Never mind that "me, too" itself is a grammatically incorrect expression)...and, unfortunately, technically it's also correct to not punctuate before "too," but in my opinion "me too" just looks like weird Star Wars language.
