And this is why I gravitate towards older women, not younger ones. Maturity is key. I'd still prefer an age gap as small as possible.

In what world do you love someone and break up with them? You don't. Actually you do, if you have certain personality disorders. I love this sub, but this case shouldn't ideally be discussed on RedPillWomen.

Don't ask me, I don't know :D I wouldn't even assume he was hurt then. OP said all seemed fine before he pushed her away. But good idea.

No. He might wish to make things work, but doesn't know how because too much damage is done. The hurt version of a person can be very different from the calm version. You have to wait for the dust to settle to see more clearly.

This was painful to read. I have a failed friendship with someone who I think is a lot like you. I kindly ask you this: communicate. Communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate. Everything. Please, for the love of God. You are difficult, and you will likely stay that way for a long while, but if you try to be understood and always try to fix the damage you make, your relationship may stand a chance.

Sadly, your last statement is false.

Asking him to get a beer might be a good idea. Because from what I understand, it is possible that he still likes you and would like to go back to the good times with you, but he is hurt because you threw him away and have lost faith in the relationship you act like you are ready to bail anytime. If you don't show serious effort to win him back, he may wonder, what are you doing right now, why don't you message him? Are you sleeping with other guys to get over him? In that case, waiting is a bad…

No one seems to know how to force yourself to be attracted, but maybe you could try to transition this relationship to a close friendship kind of thing, so you can still be there for each other to some extent. That could be good for both of you. Especially for your bf, it could be a life saver not losing you completely.

What you need to understand here is that by listing demands you make yourself unattractive, that's the point. But it is actually a good thing if you are unattractive only to the wrong people. Saying you don't want children is a very good idea, because that won't scare away your good matches, only the bad.

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I noticed too, that there is confusion about what alpha means even in a community like this, and I remembered that I saw a TED talk from primatologist Frans de Waal about alpha males, which could serve as a reference in this question, particularly because he is the main responsible person for the popularity of the term 'alpha male'. Reading your comment, I think you would like his talk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
