Stereotypical female complaintsDamn, I said I was done but this is just to funny. You’ve completely given up on trying to make an argument. Only insults, and you couldn’t even come up with new ones. I never said anything about men or women being smarter or more educated. Actually, you did make an argument here, your last paragraph is a strawman. Good Job! | /r/MensRights | 28/08/22 09:38 PM
Stereotypical female complaintsYou never mentioned a niche. I take it you agree with me on that point. I was simply stating this to support my point. It would be a strawmen if I would have implied that you claim otherwise, but I didn’t. Yeah, the average person is an „imbecile“. So are the people that mansplain or womansplain. In relation to them you’ll find tons of experts in different fields. I don’t think this discussion is helping either so I’m not gonna continue. You made cute assumptions tho | /r/MensRights | 28/08/22 08:26 PM
Stereotypical female complaintsYou’re making even more assumptions than I do. I never claimed what you explained wasn’t basic. In the context of the discussion I would say an expert is someone with well above average knowledge in a field. We‘re talking about mansplaining, womansplaining(don’t know if there’s a genderneutral term). People that do this generally have very little subject expertise, and in relation to them often lots of people could be considered „experts“. | /r/MensRights | 28/08/22 07:51 PM
Stereotypical female complaintsexpert noun [ C ] UK /ˈek.spɜːt/ US /ˈek.spɝːt/ a person with a high level of knowledge or skill relating to a particular subject or activity You can have a PhD, Master, Bachelor or no Degree at all and be an expert at something. Someone with a PhD in Finance is not gonna be an expert in all Finance-Related Topics, there’s certain niches he’s gonna be an expert at. I wasn’t sure if I should include the last sentence because it was such a huge assumption, but seems like I hit a nerve. | /r/MensRights | 28/08/22 07:24 PM
Stereotypical female complaints„Also I‘d take exception with how many women are actually truly „expert“ in something“ Tons of people regardless of gender are experts in some fields. Education really isn’t that rare. Maybe you’re projecting here? | /r/MensRights | 28/08/22 01:30 PM
