Thanks for your answer. Why do you say MTL seems like a non-approaching environment?

"A lot of the people in the spiritual community are traumatized individuals looking for a way to handle their inner pain and compensate with the monk persona." Well said. Sometimes though, early spirituality can be a fertile shelter from the harshness of the word before blooming.

Start small means be indirect (talk about the ducks or the cops or whatever). When that feels confortable, go direct:"are you single" bla bla bla...

Start small, then when small feels confortable, try being bold. I finally got my first very direct approaches this past week and it feels good. Nothing bad happens if you dont go to fast.

Better to not use substances but here are a few tips. Try to feel good about yourself before going into the world. Exercise, Manual labor, Keeping organized, etc. Then, When you feel good, haave a plan for yourself except just talking to people. Also, try to pick places where you feel good. I myself hate malls And if I have to go, it's in and out, but I love parks or in the streets downtown. You also don't have to go to the club, I am sure you can find different venues that suits you best. Pleas…

In my dirst few dates I remember women would put them self in a position to be kissed or touched. I felt the tension and got intimidated instead of acting... Once, at the end of such a date, I tried to kiss her at the end of the date but she rejected it, it was too late... Now if I feel that tension, I go for it.

Transgressing social norms and not feeling embarrased about it can work in your favor big time.

Delete dating apps, go out meet people, escalate when you like the girl (and she likes you).

You probably won't find wifey quality women by just cold approaching. Where are you going to find them then? On dating apps? Day game is better for this.

Prepare for the real world by doing approaches off campus. Be a little bit more bold everytime.

I had that same realization, but then you still have to pursue... its a fine balance I guess.

You might be reluctant, but I encourage you to pay a visit to a traditional Chinese medecine practitioner. They diagnose disease a different(but proven) way and for sure won't sent you home saying everything is fine... They would most likely prescribe herbs, acupuncture and diet changes. I wish you health.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
