I already started meditation couple of days ago (I’ve done that in the past. And growing up we used to do it every single day at school). I don’t really need app to do meditation :)

You’re right, I’ve thought about that a lot. Basically as you said, I need to embrace failure and do it anyway. I think we can probably reframe from success/failure to experienced/inexperienced. That way, I’m just inexperienced, so naturally the next step would be to practice more to get more experienced. And I’d me more accepting of my failures because now they’re a part of a journey of me getting experienced. Makes sense ? P.S. Your English is great. I love hace lol

Whilst I agree that you need to expose yourself more. It’s a chicken and an egg problem. Like, I can’t expose myself more because my emotions get in the way. And my emotions get in the way because I haven’t exposed myself more. How do you break out of this loop

I agree that you learn to get carried away by your emotions. Currently, our emotions drive us (at least for me). And that’s scary because i mostly don’t have control over them and then it can first me in random places. What I want is to take emotions as only one of the factor in my actions and not the driver. How to do that ? I have some theories but I’d rather not say until I have thought about it for a while.

That’s the issue with most people. And it has nothing do with seduction. I think we need to understand this anxiety and why of it to even begin to fix it.

I try to notice their eye color and then makes it more easier to look at their eyes

Don’t worry it’s cool. You don’t actually have to bring it up. At the same time, if it comes up, you just be honest.

yep I have been doing this unknowingly for a while now. People kinda like me. I realised that people like me because I make them feel good about themselves

Thanks. I’ve been reading a lot about meditation and mindfulness. I’ll give it a try.

I can never do that. I can’t hangout with someone I don’t connect with. Why waste time (both of our time). I’d just be with me.

Still doesn’t help mate. I know the issue. I don’t know how to resolve it :(

All these theories of being confident are good and all but I need practical advice. How the fuck does one become confident. I’m not talking about external things (hair, cloths, gym, etc). No I mean how do you become confident from inside. Like a light that shines within. I just can’t seem to do that. I fluctuate between having literally zero self esteem (mostly here) and narcissistic.

I don’t understand why would someone take interest in LTR. It’s a loose-loose situation. If you manage to get her, she’s not loyal and you’re better off without her. If you don’t manage to get her, you’ve just wasted your time. There’s a big opportunity cost here and I can’t rationalize ever getting interested in someone who is in ltr. Am I missing something?

A. It is the most practical thing you can do. Once you realize that it’s about being a better YOU for YOU, your point of view changes on how you approach the subject. And as you said this has already been relayed at the start. But I was re-emphasizing it because 1. it’s just really important and 2. We tend to forget the basics sometimes when we’re too deep into the subject learning nuances. B. You do realize this is an anonymous site. I’ve literally nothing to gain.

I beg to differ. It’s about the mindset. How you approach a subject.

It’s not about lack of appreciation. Sometimes when you’re too deep into the weeds, you don’t have that clarity. You forget the simple basics. But when you take a step back, and take a birds eye view, you get that bigger picture.

The most important thing I think people need to remember is that red pill is not about women or even successful sexual strategies surrounding it. It’s about YOU. It’s about becoming a better version of you. Women all other shit are just the side effects of that.

I think people have already gave you pointers. What I want to add is, What you say doesn’t really matter at all. Most of the talk is done by subtler signaling mechanisms in our brains. You can literally blurt garbage and she’ll still reciprocate if she’s interested. She has already judged you. So, just be yourself, and approach if you think she’s interesting. And don’t worry about what to say. You’ll figure shit out on the fly.

I think you might have misunderstood Hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is a state where your MPS (muscle protein synthesis) is greater than your MPB (muscle protein breakdown). So, when you’re in Hypertrophy, you’re growing. You can be in hypertrophy even when you are strength training. I think the word you we’re looking for was lean and shredded?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
