Think the last point you make may be the way forward for you. What makes them quality? Are you just talking about looks or do you mean interesting, intelligent, accomplished in some way? What hobbies, activities, interests do you have? Start with yourself, do things that get you out there and give you something to talk about other than video games and social media. Get good at something in a setting where girls might be and someone is going to notice you or compliment you.

Don’t give up hope or do yourself down. My son has Aspergers. He is 26 and has had 3 long term partners since he was 15, all of them were 9s and his current one is definitely a 10.
