Strengthen the fuck out of your hamstrings, glutes, and core. And stretch your hamstrings, hip flexors. Bonus: Childs pose stretch, cat cow stretch.

My prehab for my shoulder has made mine brand new, had surgery and was out for 18 months. Yeah im with you on that though. I just stick to prehab for shoulder and lower back, as those are sort of the two major aspects of the body. If you do lots of running then maybe its smart to do prehab for hamstring strains/knee issues. Thankfully i dont have knee issues (yet) so i stick to lower back personally.

Have u considered doing prehab? Basically working out the anti-injury muscles. So if u have a shoulder injury, you can strengthen rear delts and strneghten your tendons. If you have a back injury, you can strengthen glutes/hamstrings/core. Every injury has surrounding muscles that can be strengthened. This is how pro athletes get thru major injuries in the rehab process, and they do these when they heal 100% to prevent them again.

Or opposite. Charm the women without flirting too hard. Befriend men at the same time. You pull all the women and the men get jealous and hate on you. The girls pick up on this and bam, preservation on steroids. Then get the hottest chick

Skilled at what? As in have lots of raw potential socially? Or skilled like a mechanic that will hook you up with a nice deal next time your car breaks down?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
