is it the behaviour of the attacker? If the other person continues to show physically threatening behaviour, only then you can defend yourself? Sort of... it varies by location. Generally you need to claim you feared death or grievous bodily harm was imminent when you acted. Self defense claims are always subjective to some degree.

It is a possibility. But animosity towards Iraqis specifically is 'different' assuming he was deployed there. I'm not good at explaining but if you were deployed or have a lot of veteran friends you'll probably understand.

Just because you don't like how something works doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If you're in the USA you are expected to tip waiters, end of story. You can do all the mental wrangling you want to get out of it but you're just being an asshole.

Yes you are right. At my old workplace it was mostly African-American workers and African/Trinidadian customers. I heard racist shit thrown about from both sides.

who simply don't pick up black people I'm curious how Uber drivers themselves view this phenomenon. It seems similar to how waiters view black people in regards to tipping. Within the service industry it really isn't considered racist to believe black people don't generally tip.

No joke, I watched a Year 7 class make what I would describe as 'green shit smoothies', where the kids were forced to put kale in them while I was on prac. haha I can't wait for the smoothie fad to die. So many people will throw in some kale... and then a whole orange, banana, etc. and load it to the brim with sugar. Might as well drink a soda pop.
