I'm no master of this by any stretch but from what I can gather from this subreddit's advice - firstly, stop making a big deal out of your mistake. Ahh sorry, it's a fairly intense cardio workout that involves some use of gloves and pads - mostly to do sets of say, uppercuts and then do a minute of press ups. Then straight on to jabs, then squats. Then hooks, star jumps. Then you'll do a couple of laps, ab crunches... It hurts just to think about it, but it's a fantastic workout.

Boxercise seems to pay off in this regard - it's a little bit cooler sounding than Zumba and the classes I go to are always packed with ladies.
