3	How to manage my destructive Ego Man i feel you, been through some similar stuff. Something that helped with major Ego problems was this book called "The power of Now - Eckhart Tolle" man.... It will teach you everything you need to know about the ego, man i would even say force yourself to get it. Man.... 3	How has becoming noticeably fit from lifting helped your game/experience with women? As someone who used to do alot of drugs too, maybe finding a balance of the Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Spirutual can help you, i found that for me usually 1 or 2 were extremely neglected or flat out completely missing, and for years too. So i had no peace on the inside without drugs. And even with drugs it was temporary and the empty pit I wanted to fill was never ending and ever expanding.
