Had similar experience years ago when relatively fresh from college and in my first (not so well paid) job agreed to do a wingman to a friend in a reunion with three (definitely not ugly) chicks. After a very short check of my prospects from their side I became virtually invisible and they were literally fighting with each other only for the attention of my friend (with a lot more promising job). That was very funny and I enjoyed it.
