I did this at 24 when I was in the primitive stages of being a digital nomad. I’m also 6’4” and decent looking. It was a great opportunity for me to grow as an individual. Send me a PM if I can help any further ✌️

OF influencer. You’d be amazed how many women are interested in making content with the right guy.

How can I apply this to my career? I align with your perspective and find myself in this chapter with work. Thanks in advance.

Solid advice tbh. Probably the best time(s) of my life! I think the tv show is going to take my life a different path, but I’m glad to have had those opportunities. I highly recommend for any men who are in a similar position.

Appreciate this! I’ve created a folder of “instances” from her - including texts, unnecessary tantrums via video, etc. Hoping I won’t have to use it, but definitely useful to have. Thanks for these tips.

Appreciate this straight-up feedback. This reassures a lot of what I was thinking. I’m reaching out to lawyers today. Thank you for the feedback and guidance.

This language is very helpful. I will seek out guidance re: legal merit to her claims. Thank you for this advice. I’ll find someone tomorrow and cut off communication with her in the meantime.

I considered this math, too 😆

I don’t think all women are spiteful. But I hear your perspective. I’ve been really fortunate to travel the world and date women of various backgrounds. It’s been a pretty great life. This chick was great too, until it wasn’t. I’ll take your advice and shut tf up and walk away 😆 My gains have been pretty good at the gym during this time, too. You’re probably right in that I manifested a bit of this for myself. Excited for what I’m manifesting now. Thanks for the input

That gender reversal thing hits hard because it’s so true. She knows the places she feels she can take advantage and she’s doing it. I appreciate your truth and reality of where this has to go. Thank you.

My brain typically doesn’t run this way, so I naively don’t think of worst case scenarios like this. Thank you for the honest reality check. Saving this feedback as a screenshot for her new contact photo 😆

Perfect. If things take off with the show, I’ll come back as a paying client. Thanks again!

In an attempt to try and flex on me, she mentioned that she was talking about me to one of her clients in terms of what she should do about things. Is this valuable evidence of any kind for any sort of slander? I would prefer she’s not talking about me to clients or other people (here I am on the internet. but it’s somewhat anonymous). If things go anywhere with the tv show, I’d also like to be ahead of any weird potentials where she goes to tabloids or anything like that.

Appreciate this feedback. I want to make sure this is all handled before the tv show starts filming. I don’t want this piece of things to influence new elements of my life. And I don’t want to be stressed wondering if it’s coming at any point. I’d rather it be squashed asap. I think I’ve gotten some good feedback to know I can chill a bit. That’s a relief. Thank you for the guidance.

I don’t have any coins to give gold, but this is seriously the best. You read my mind because I was going to ask for this sort of text/phrasing. This is really aces. Feeling much more comfortable with this now.

Is a text message with her saying I’m relieved of my expectations from the lease sufficient as evidence in this case? Does that act as a form of “contractual” from her?

Sorry, can you clarify re: retainers/fees. I don’t have a ton of experience here, so I feel a little blind going into things. Thank you for you insight.

I don’t have much experience here, so I really appreciate this. Thanks again.

Definitely appreciate this feedback. I agree with what you’re saying. I’ve never had to consider the restraining/no contact order element. Is that something I do with a lawyer or my local PD? Sort of can’t believe this is where things are, but I had considered I might need to do this. I’d prefer she chills, but seems like it’s not trending that way. Thanks again for the insight and guidance.

Thanks for this. So this means she could sue for past unpaid rent? I am going to contact a family law lawyer for a consultation tomorrow. I will also consider the tenant attorney element. I was previously unaware of an attorney specific in that field. I sort of don’t want to wait for her to make a move. I’d rather be prepared for anything she might do. Thank you again for the insight.

This was the advice I was looking for. Thanks a ton for this insight. Sorry, can you clarify what an AH is? My next step is to contact a family law lawyer tomorrow. I didn’t want to go that route, but I think that’s the intersection we’re at. Big thanks again for this.

Definitely something I wanted to consider. I don’t really want anything from her, but I want to protect myself. This could be helpful if she tried anything. Thank you for the feedback.

50% of rent moving forward? But none of previous rent? That’s sort of what I was thinking. Any tips on the type of lawyer I would want to work with regarding this. Thank you for the feedback.

I appreciate this feedback. I was hoping this wasn’t the case. Can you give feedback any further as to why you’re feeling that way? Im concerned I won’t have the resources to take her on with lawyers. Do you happen to know if there are men’s rights lawyers that can help me considering my financial standing? What sort of lawyer do I find for this sort of situation? Thank you for your feedback.
