I know this sounds silly, but, can my anxiety about this whole thing take a break? I'm 31, healthy, and staying at home. But yikes, I'm a smoker. (About a pack a week, has always been that way. Never a pack a day, too much.) Should I be worried about my lungs exploding into little pieces? Currently, I'm kinda terrified.
