I don't have any specifics, but I can understand how women get paid less then men for the same job (not 25% less though). They are on average worse at negotiating salary, and many take time off of work to take care of kids. Men also go after promotions more aggressively than women, although im not sure that qualifies as the 'same job' at that point.

The studies that made this statistic were flawed for a number of reasons. they were only done in 2 colleges in the whole US They did not define rape, they asked people questions on the phone and then took their answers to be rape (having sex after taking drugs/alcohol, having sex and regretting it, etc) They asked freshman in their first three months of uni and then multiplied that result by 16 to get four years worth IIRC, i might be wrong on this one but they did something of the sort.

A huge amount of grades throughout k-12 school is just completing busy work. My evidence is anecdotal, but from what ive seen and experienced, girls are much more organized and care much more about the work than guys do. My "poor" grades throughout school was due to me not doing or forgetting a large part of the grind-centered homwork. I 99 %'iled every standardized test in my life, with the exception of timed essay sections, which schools don't take seriously anyway.
