Well, the thing about it is this is not something we can do our own. It requires a whole team of support to regain self esteem and a lot of hard work and requires a lot of reaching out for help and ending isolation

It's not so much about being overweight- exercise helps immensely with regards to happiness and depression with endorphins and can actually help make you happy. The movement will also help you get mentally unstuck.

If drinking is his main hobby you might check out al anon. Al anon encourages people to keep the focus on themselves which leads to greater happiness. https://al-anon.org/al-anon-meetings/find-an-al-anon-meeting/ It sounds like you are actually in a terrible situation, but there's a lot of support out there actually from people with similar problems who have gotten through it. Many people do not leave marriages but actually stay and can be happy in their own skin regardless of what the other per…

If it starts costing him he might actually think twice about sending those messages and going out into the night. You can also pretend to care about money and not to care about his fidelity. Just fake it til you make it. If you don't care about money that might be a problem. Money will help you be happy because you can pay for a babysitter or a housekeeper once in a while to lessen your burden. You can also use the money from the jar to hire a babysitter once in a while and get a massage or pay …

You can check out meetup.com or Eventbrite. You might find some mom groups who workout together. When I feel stuck in life I find events on these websites.

Try some Jane Fonda workout DVDs. There is also Kundalini yoga by Steve foss on YouTube. The kriyas on that are intense and really good. You can do it on the living room floor no gym membership needed.

If you want to be playful and fun maybe you can joke about his infidelity. Tell him that every time he sends that woman a message he needs to put $100 in a jar for you. (Kind of like a cussing jar). Tell him that you don't care to hear about his texting, tell him to just make a deposit in the jar if he's texted her. Set a jar out that says something like romantic texting outside of the marriage. And he needs to go out and buy you a new car to make up for him leaving you for her previously howeve…

The idea that men know what they are doing. It's so obvious, when I see a man play dumb at this stuff I see through it so clearly. I can never go back. I can't wait to meet a man who admits he is competent in areas where he might prefer not to do certain tasks but will do them anyway. After rejecting a man for pretending to be an incompetent bumbling male, I'm ready for a high value man. Hear me universe I am ready!! Also, I'm the ultimate authority on myself and also the only person who has my …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
