Ok work on your self confidence. To me you seem extremely anxious and that makes you unattractive as a person (looked at other posts). You have to know whats good for you and you have to represent your opinion in front of others. If you are comfy with what you are wearing, just have the confidence and say it. If you masturbate: stop it. It puts more sexual tension between you and girls.

Honestly I first got rid if any fear when using Benzodiazepines. When I got clean again it takes waay more courage but is basically the same game. So that helped me.
