Dude what do you not get? I’ve explained it 3 times already. If an intruder is WALKING or RUNNING AWAY from you after they have exited your home and you follow them and attack injure or kill them, you will be charged. Once someone is walking or running away from you even if they were the aggressor previously, the law sees it as the threat being over. This is why lawyers exist and you aren’t one. You are basing all of this on your personal opinion instead of what the law is. The law states, if the person is walking away from you that just sucker punched you, they are no longer a threat. If you pursue that person and attack them while they are walking away then you just committed assault. Do you not follow actual laws? The only 2 states that allow mutual combat in the United States are Washington and Texas. Meaning you can’t sue or press charges or be charged with killing or bodily injury after the matter. Do some research kid.

You absolutely can not batter them back in “self defense”. This isn’t self defense. The Karen threw the pizza and walked away. He wasn’t addicted to pain meds. He was prescribed anti anxiety meds (clonapazm) in which he and anyone else that has been prescribed them would grow a dependency. Pain meds and anti anxiety medication are very different things.
