15	How do I know.. if she's single? I don't agree with this advice. I've run into a lot of terrible women who just want attention from guys and will pretend to flirt with them even though they are in a relationship. 16	A simple suggestion, but one that's worked out well for me: hiring a cleaning lady. Studies have shown a strong link between depression and having a dirty house. It's probably because its in our genes to want to have a home, and for that home to be neat, organized and tidy. When it's not, it throws our chemicals off and makes us feel shitty, even if its a mild effect we can't really perceive.
