| 2 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.Sorry, this is my mistake. I was talking about multiple women's situations. I'll edit my post in a minute for clarification. The woman in the second example DOES have a job, but it's barely enough to support her and three kids, and the father made it clear he didn't even want the kids, so the court had no trouble with custody. But that Johnny Cochran's ghost joke is hilarious and I'll be using that in the future, lol. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 11:18 PM |
| -4 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.I'm a woman, I don't want full role reversal, and I haven't ever met a woman in my life who does. Who are these women you know who are going up to men asking them to be stay-at-home dads while they work? I honestly have never met one, so I am curious. In fact, I am by far the most career-oriented woman I know, and if my boyfriend decided to quit his job and rely on me, I would not be happy. I also don't know any men who fear that all women think men are rapists. But I guess if these guys are liv… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 11:09 PM |
| -5 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.Sorry guys, but I know these people very personally and I'm not giving out any more information. But I truly believe that if you guys knew all the details, you'd agree she (and their children) got screwed by him. (Not relevant, but I like that someone with "anakin" in their username commented, because I was just watching Star Wars like an hour ago.) | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 10:58 PM |
| -7 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.Ah, but I'm a woman, and according to this thread, I shouldn't get a career so I can get a man while I'm young and pretty. So your argument is going against your Red Pill views, isn't it? As for the law, you'd be surprised how much is left to judicial discretion. Laws can be used against men AND women BOTH depending on the judge, despite the fact that you all think every woman gets a "Pussy Pass." | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 10:31 PM |
| 3 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.Okay, I'm confused. This thread says women should NOT work on their careers, so that they can get a man while they're still young and beautiful. But now you're saying women should at least go to college, correct? So please, tell me EXACTLY the right formula all women should be following. High school isn't enough, so college is good, but graduate school is too far? So is an associate's degree okay, or should we stick around for the bachelor's? Maybe we won't be pretty enough if we put in the extr… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 10:25 PM |
| -4 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool. That's a gamble. I know several women who were left by their husbands and several of them didn't get a dime in the divorce, and the ones who did barely got jack. The judge said it was their fault for not getting a job or a better job, depending on the woman. Now one has an ex who makes 200k a year while she's broke, paying to take care of their 3 children who he doesn't even speak to, and she supports on less than 1/3 of his income. EDIT: I worded this poorly, I think I fixed it now. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 10:22 PM |
| 3 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.90% of men work a minimum wage job as a cashier and move into a shitty apartment? | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 09:48 PM |
| 13 | Where feminist idealism meets harsh reality: successful career women over 35 find themselves on the shallow end of the dating pool.So.. question. If a woman chooses not to have a career, and instead marries while she still has her youth, her "most precious asset," and then her husband leaves her when she is old for someone who still has that precious asset.. what the fuck is she supposed to do? | /r/TheRedPill | 04/04/13 09:11 PM |
