Oh ok. Yeah lean and some muscle is cool. I’m just seeing a lot of guys on here acting like them being jacked or something or other guys being jacked is supposed to mean a lot to women when for many of us it doesn’t. Besides I’ve seen of lot of these guys using just to get those muscles (something I don’t agree with).

That’s not what I said. I’m looking for overall health which would include an active lifestyle and healthy eating habits. You can be active and still not ripped with muscles popping everywhere. The older you get if you aren’t exercising there are very few people who won’t get obese as their metabolism changes and not exercising isn’t going to help even a naturally skinny person keep their overall health under control. As a woman that goes to the gym consistently weightlifting and cardio, I really don’t care much if a guy is extra muscular (he can be thin or avg idc) I’m just not interested in obese and/or men who eat trash all the time. I’ve seen the medical complications that come with constantly eating crappy foods while working at a clinic. I completely agree with you that this is true for both genders. Maybe men either don’t want to admit to it or they don’t pay attention to it with other men. It may be because they feel a certain type of way when a women, they want to date, does it to them then they notice it more.

I have met plenty of flakey men as well. I don’t know how they are with their friends as I am not there during those interactions but some of my most unreliable coworkers at some previous jobs (especially one in particular) were THE MOST unreliable and lazy people.
