Its ez.. make a law stating that " If the rape case is found to be malicious false accusation, the accuser will be awarded the same punishment that was supposed to go to the accusee, with the duration and intensity of the punishment decided by the intensity of crime committed in the false alleged story."

I guess "World Star" will make better sense for us Indians than any translation as English is also an official and common language.. Meaning will be butchered in translation..

I am not just talking about your US seals standards, but in the whole world. Just google women's vs men's physical eligibility criteria for officer rank CDS exams.

That's how things should be. But in reality, different standards for military do exist, that's why I want the men's standard to become THE standard. Source: Indian, preparing for the Combined Defence Services.

"Only a sith deals in absolute" For your first issue: Some women will achieve, others won't. IMO, those who can, are perfectly capable and should be allowed even in combat roles. For those who can't, bar shouldn't be lowered. Second issue: Women aren't any more vulnerable to injuries than a man if their physical and mental strengths are comparable. Unless she is pregnant, the risk of injuries will be same for capable individuals of both genders.

But There are actually different standards even in my country.. so yeah I meant men's standards and I am not talking about the seals but military as a whole.

As long as even a single woman can keep up with the standard, they should be allowed. Saying no one should be allowed, sir, is called misogyny, and I support neither misogyny nor misandry.

You are factually correct but your point isn't. It is true that most men can't meet those standards, and that's the reason they are put in that place. But is also true that an average man is physically stronger than average women. There might be a lot of women capable of beating the shit out of me, but there will be a lot more man capable of doing the same thing. Hence, if only a small number of man can meet those standards, the percentage of women meeting them will be much lower. And that's our…

yes, and they shouldn't be allowed, I just mean for those women who actually put on work to reach those levels should not be denied the opportunity they deserve, but on the other hand, shouldn't drop the standards for military either just so that someone's egos can be satisfied.

I think women should be allowed in the military even in combat roles, AS LONG AS THEY CAN KEEP UP WITH MEN'S FITNESS AND STRENGTH STANDARD required for them to join the millitary.

Kinda agree, Before anyone calls me racist, I don't think countries shouldn't take immigrants, Those immigrants who came to a country to study and work provide more than the fair share to the country they immigrated to, Like Indians and Asians in US, just that these opportunities should be only for qualified legal immigrants and not the refugees, refugees should be kept away from the general population. Why? cuz the refugees have lost everything, they are poor, desperate and seeing normal popula…
