I don't think op will get an honest answer because most reddit users are white males in this sub. They don't want to feel white guilt. As a black person I know for a fact white males have an advantage but it's not really important in picking up American woman. The fact that this was downvoted proves my point. I upvoted it back up.

Could you expound on what you mean? I am just spouting what I learned in my psychology and sociology college days. There are probably hundreds of reasons white people are mostly attracted to white people but my point is that none of those reasons are because they are racist.

I really don't believe that people are attracted to those similar looking to them. There are always acceptions to the rule of course I didn't mean it always works like that. There are many mixed couples. There are many white guys who date black women but overall white people still mate with MOSTLY white people. It's the same for every other race.

For a black man like me I would have little success on okcupid which us dominated by white people. That is only because America is 63 percent white. When a white person is mostly attracted to white people it is not because they hate black people or are racist. The concept of homogeneity dictates that we are mostly attracted to those who are similar to us. This could be in race or socioeconomic status. I am not insecure I just don't know much about this sub. I think I look better than average and I have had my fair share of woman but I am far from a guy that can get any women. I guess I have the wrong image of guys in this sub. Thanks for the advice though. It helped. I need help on game. All my life every woman that I dated approached me first.
