1	Day/Night Game Mindset: Cold Approaching Pretty much. Getting shot down right out of the gate tends to give me that "I don't give a fuck" mentality. 1	Seddit, a year ago I was at the low point of my depression. Then I found you guys. This is my last bottle of anti-depressants. Don't let anyone tell you that this won't help you be happier. Tapering is the way to go (by which I mean listening to your doc is the way to go). I remember when I was on effexor, if I missed 1 day I'd get dizzy and violently nauseous. It was a non stop party!
