1	Hit or Fold? Did I f**k up? I'd say, ask her out. Her response will tell you if she's interested. If she says yes, she's at least mildly curious, and it's worth a shot. If she declines with a reason, I'd say she's about as intrested as if she'd said yes, she's just busy, try again later. Should she just say no, with no particular reason, I'd move on. If you don't get any response, I'd try again a week or so later, people lose their phone and/or forget to reply from time to time, it happens.
